Glenora 300 Westblock

The Glenora Westblock 300 is a 3-storey glulam post & beam, mixed use building with glulaminated timber (GLT) floor plates.  This design will gain much attention locally and internationally, as industry professionals watch the emerging mass timber market gain momentum. Valour Mechanical completed the open concept design build portion of the project, including the mechanical engineering, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration.
